Chuck and Shirley Baily. Our passion is working with young adults and also Waynesburg University students as part of the outreach of the First Presbyterian Church of Waynesburg, PA.
My wife, Shirley, and I served the CCO for three years as resident directors in Martin Hall, along with 182 freshmen and sophomore young men. Later, Shirley also had a 25 year teaching career at Waynesburg.
We also mentored many of the 68 CCO staff who followed us onto Waynesburg's campus.

Unofficially, Dave has been on CCO staff since birth. He was born in our first year as Resident Directors in Martin Hall on Waynesburg University's campus. He immediately had lots of big brothers. (182 to be exact).
23 years later, he met Jen Williams, who was working as the CCO Resident Director in Denny Hall at Waynesburg.
They continued to serve with the CCO at Waynesburg for a year after they were married, and then worked for the CCO on Carnegie Mellon's campus.

Eliezer is our partner from the Dominican Republic. He translated a separate section (5 Sessions) for Spanish speakers. In his words...
I am an attorney and a pastor. I was a slave to many things and for years I had no peace, security, or general well-being. But 20 years ago, I met JESUS and everything changed! Now I have a reason and purpose in life. Today I can tell you that Jesus heals, liberates, and blesses. And he will always be there for you.
I am married to Carla (Maribel Rosario Jimenez) and we have three beautiful daughters: Perla, Naomi and Victoria.
WHY should you explore this path?
HERE'S WHY. WITHOUT A GAME PLAN, YOUR JOURNEY MAY...
...LOOK LIKE THE PHOTO ON THE LEFT. So why not follow a discipleship strategy that's been going strong for over 40 years? Actually, I am just speaking for what it has done for me and several others I know. Many of these themes are really 2,000 years old.
How much time will this take? There are ten sessions. Each will take 25-35 minutes to complete. Only about 5 hours total. And if you implement what you learn here, you WILL become a more effective follower of Christ. 1 Peter 1:8 ESV. For if these qualities are yours and are increasing, they keep you from being ineffective or unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

SUPPORTIVE JOURNEY
Although it is possible for us to grow in some areas of discipleship by ourselves, we were meant to be in authentic community with each other. We don't need to look any further than the way Jesus discipled the twelve. Ideally, we would like you to form a small team of two or three, and go through this process together.
